AI Wardrobe: Closet & Outfits

Legal information for AI Wardrobe

Privacy Policy Terms Of Use

Last updated: July 1, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how AI Wardrobe, a personal wardrobe organizer app for iPhone, collects, uses, shares, and protects information. The app is operated by Oleksandr Khalypa ("we", "us", or "Service Provider").

For privacy, support, and data requests, contact us at support@softpears.com.

Summary

AI Wardrobe helps you organize wardrobe items, outfits, photos, and AI-assisted wardrobe workflows. The app requires sign-in with Apple or Google so that account controls, subscription restore, AI limits, account deletion, and backend services can be tied to a stable app account.

The app is not a social network, marketplace, enterprise system, or advertising product. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your wardrobe photos or prompts for advertising.

Information We Collect

We collect or process the following categories of information when needed to provide the app:

  • Account information: Firebase user ID, sign-in provider state, Apple or Google account information made available during sign-in, such as email address and name.
  • Wardrobe content: wardrobe item records, outfit records, descriptions, categories, colors, tags, notes, photos, thumbnails, drafts, generated wardrobe content, and related metadata.
  • AI inputs and outputs: photos, item or outfit context, prompts, descriptions, generated suggestions, generated previews, job metadata, quota state, and error states when you start an AI feature.
  • Subscription and purchase information: StoreKit product identifiers, entitlement state, purchase verification results, app account token or subscriber linkage, restore state, and limited records needed for subscription integrity.
  • Starter AI credit information: consumed starter credit counters, timestamps, and minimized anti-abuse records used to prevent repeated one-time starter credit grants.
  • Analytics information: privacy-safe product interaction events, release channel, feature usage, and coarse result states.
  • Diagnostics information: crash reports, non-fatal technical errors, performance traces, and coarse technical attributes used to improve reliability.
  • App and device integrity information: App Check and related app/device integrity signals used to protect backend services.

We do not intentionally collect precise GPS location, contacts, phonebook data, phone numbers, advertising identifiers for remarketing, or payment card numbers.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Sign you in and keep your account secure.
  • Keep account-scoped app data tied to the correct Firebase user ID.
  • Provide wardrobe organization features.
  • Store, show, and process wardrobe photos and metadata.
  • Run user-initiated AI features, such as item autofill, outfit generation, outfit preview generation, photo enhancement, and similar AI workflows.
  • Verify purchases, restore subscriptions, mirror entitlements, and apply app plan limits.
  • Track AI starter credits and paid AI quotas.
  • Prevent abuse, fraud, repeated starter-credit claiming, and unauthorized backend access.
  • Provide account deletion and data controls.
  • Improve product quality using privacy-safe analytics.
  • Diagnose crashes, performance issues, backend errors, and reliability problems.
  • Respond to support, privacy, or legal requests.

Sign-In And Account Identity

AI Wardrobe requires sign-in with Apple or Google before onboarding and app content. Firebase Auth provides the app account identifier. We use this account identity for account recovery, backend access, subscription restore and reconciliation, AI limits, starter credits, account deletion, and local wardrobe ownership boundaries.

Deleting the app account is different from signing out. Signing out ends the current session but does not delete cloud data, local wardrobe data, purchases, subscriptions, or retained security records.

Local Wardrobe Data And Cloud Data

Some wardrobe data may be stored locally on your device. Local data can include SwiftData wardrobe records, local item photos, thumbnails, drafts, settings, cached files, and local ownership markers.

Cloud or account data can include user-scoped Firebase data, Cloud Storage files, backend AI job records, uploaded photos, generated content, subscription support records, quota state, and account deletion state.

Cloud account deletion does not automatically delete all local data on your device. The app may provide a separate "Delete local wardrobe data" action for device-local records and files. Local wardrobe deletion is a separate destructive action and does not delete your Firebase account, cloud data, Apple subscription, purchase records, provider session, or retained security records.

If another account signs in on the same device, local wardrobe data is not intended to be silently uploaded, merged, or reassigned to that account without an explicit app behavior.

AI And Photo Processing

AI features are user-initiated. When you start an AI operation, photos, descriptions, prompts, selected wardrobe metadata, and related context may be sent to our backend and AI service providers to complete the selected operation.

We use AI/photo data to provide the requested feature, apply limits and quotas, return results, improve reliability, and prevent abuse. We do not use wardrobe photos, prompts, or generated wardrobe content for unrelated advertising.

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your actual wardrobe context. You should review AI results before relying on them.

We design analytics, crash reporting, and performance monitoring to avoid raw wardrobe photos, raw prompts, generated AI text, Firebase Storage paths, item IDs, photo IDs, or other wardrobe payloads.

Subscriptions And Purchases

Purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple through StoreKit and the App Store. We may receive and process purchase and entitlement information needed to verify purchases, restore purchases, reconcile subscription status, apply plan limits, and support Pro AI quotas.

Deleting your AI Wardrobe account does not cancel an Apple-managed subscription. You must manage or cancel subscriptions through Apple's subscription management tools.

We may retain minimized purchase or subscriber records where needed for restore integrity, accounting, dispute handling, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or subscription integrity.

Starter AI Credits

AI Wardrobe may offer one-time starter AI credits. Starter credits are a limited starter allowance and are not an App Store subscription trial, introductory offer, or paid credit product.

Deleting an account, reinstalling the app, or signing in again does not reset starter-credit eligibility. To prevent repeated claiming, we may retain a minimal pseudonymous anti-abuse record after account deletion. This record is used only for security and abuse prevention. It is designed not to contain raw Apple or Google account IDs, email address, name, Firebase UID, wardrobe data, photos, prompts, or AI content.

Third-Party Services

We use third-party services to operate the app. These services may process information according to their own privacy policies:

  • Firebase Auth, Firestore, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions, App Check, Crashlytics, and Firebase Performance: https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy
  • Apple Sign in with Apple, StoreKit, and App Store subscription management: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/
  • Google Sign-In: https://policies.google.com/privacy
  • Amplitude analytics: https://amplitude.com/privacy
  • AI service providers used by our backend for user-initiated AI operations.

We may add, remove, or replace providers as the app changes. We will update this Privacy Policy when those changes materially affect how your information is processed.

Analytics And Diagnostics

We use analytics to understand product usage and improve the app. We use diagnostics and performance monitoring to improve reliability.

At the time of this policy, Amplitude, Firebase Crashlytics, and Firebase Performance are configured not to intentionally bind events, crashes, or traces to Firebase UID, provider account IDs, subscriber IDs, item IDs, photo IDs, raw prompts, generated AI text, Storage paths, or wardrobe content. If a future release adds account-linked analytics or diagnostics, we will update this policy and related App Store privacy information.

Sharing Of Information

We share information only as needed to:

  • Provide app functionality and backend services.
  • Process user-initiated AI requests.
  • Verify purchases and subscriptions.
  • Use trusted service providers that process data for us.
  • Protect the app, users, backend systems, and subscription or quota systems.
  • Comply with law, legal process, or valid government requests.
  • Enforce terms, investigate abuse, prevent fraud, or respond to security incidents.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Retention

We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.

Retention periods vary by data type:

  • Account and cloud data are retained while your account is active and are deleted or minimized after account deletion unless retention is required.
  • Local device data may remain on the device until you delete it, uninstall the app, or use an available local deletion action.
  • AI job records and generated content may be retained as needed to show results, support quota decisions, improve reliability, and handle errors, subject to account deletion behavior.
  • Analytics, crash, and performance data are retained according to provider settings and operational needs.
  • Purchase and subscriber records may be retained or minimized for restore integrity, accounting, legal compliance, fraud prevention, and subscription integrity.
  • Starter-credit anti-abuse records may be retained in minimized pseudonymous form to prevent repeated one-time starter credit grants.

Account Deletion

You can request account and cloud data deletion in the app from Profile -> Account & Data -> Delete account and cloud data, where available.

Account deletion removes or minimizes the app account and associated user-scoped cloud data unless retention is required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, subscription integrity, accounting, dispute handling, or abuse prevention.

Account deletion does not cancel Apple-managed subscriptions. It also does not automatically delete all local wardrobe data stored on your device. Local wardrobe deletion is a separate device-level action where available.

You may also contact support@softpears.com for privacy and deletion requests.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information. You may also have the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

If you are in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or another region with similar privacy laws, you may have rights under applicable data protection laws. If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under California privacy laws, including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

To exercise rights, contact support@softpears.com. We may need to verify your request before responding.

Children

AI Wardrobe is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 without appropriate consent where required by law. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact support@softpears.com and we will take appropriate action.

Security

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. Backend callables require authentication and App Check where configured. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International Transfers

We and our service providers may process information in countries other than your country of residence. Where required by law, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

Changes To This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the app changes. The updated version will be posted with a new "Last updated" date. If changes materially affect your rights or how we process information, we will provide notice where required by law.
